XLRI has recently concluded its 2022 placement drive. The participating batch comprised 114 students among which 112 students participated in the placement drive. The highest salary package of INR 44.74 LPA was offered to a student. Top 50% of the batch received an average salary of INR 30.04 LPA. EX-PGDM batch witnessed an increase of 40% in the average salary & 41% in the median salary. The average & median salary of the EX-PGDM students stood at INR 26.56 LPA & INR 26 LPA respectively.
