The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination is likely to announce the results of 12 Class examinations in the second week of June. The HS result was earlier decided to declare in May, but due to the Lok Sabha elections, the HS results will be declared in the second week of June. The students who give the examinations can download the result from the FastResult website.“The board will try to publish the results of 12th Class examinations before June 15 keeping in mind the admission process in different varsities,” the official added.

This year, a total of 12 students were caught with mobile during the board exams, following which their whole examinations were cancelled. ‘Apart from some anomalies, the exams were conducted successfully all over the state. Incidents of mass cheating or paper leak were not reported from any centre,” said Mahua Das President of WBCHSE.

 

This year, around 8.05 lakh candidates had appeared in the HS examinations that were concluded on March 13, 2019. A total of 83.75% of students cleared the Higher Secondary examination successfully previous year that was declared on June 8, 2018. Granthan Sengupta from Jalpaiguri Zilla School topped the examination scoring 496 marks out of 500 (99.2%) to become the first student from the Arts stream to top the examination in five years.

MP Board has come up with a new change for 5th and 8th class students. From the academic year, 2019-20 board exams have been resumed in 5th and 8th class. On March 07, 2019 Madhya Pradesh board has announced the notification for the same. Thus, board exams will be back in the 5th and 8th class of MP Board. At the same time, the MP board made clear to all the state board affiliated schools that no student will be expelled from school till the completion of elementary education.

As per the notice declared if any student was not able to get the result status as pass then he/she will be provided extra classes and received the chance for re-examination within a period of two months from the date of result announcement. And if the student again gets fail in the re-exam then he/she shall not be promoted further. This means that a student will need to repeat with the same class.

 

While the idea of implementation of board examinations has been proposed from the 2017- 2018 academic session. However, the union government has not given permission to the state for conducting the board examinations for 5th and 8th class students. The reason behind the disapproval was that the amendment requires to be made in the RTE Act to carry forward the process. And so, after the amendment made the board examinations for 5th and 8th class resume. In August 2016, before forwarding the same to the union government for approval state education department had passed the proposal first.

 

MP Board conducts the 10th and 12th class board exams in the month of March annually. Similarly, the board is going to conduct the board examinations for 5th and 8th class students. Keeping in mind the future of thousands of students MP board has come up with this action and also provide the second chance to the students to clear the examinations if not in the first attempt.

The examination committee of the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha on Tuesday could not take a "final" decision about the fate of 108 students, whose Maths answer sheets went missing during the just concluded matriculation exam in Odisha. The examination committee also failed to take a call on another 500 students, whose English paper was cancelled after a large number of candidates of at least three schools in Cuttack, Dhenkanal and Balangir regions were found to have adopted unfair practices during the matric examination.

"Although the members of the examination committee discussed at length about some other aspects of the Matriculation exam, BSE secretary Ramshis Hazra said, they could not arrive at a final decision on the fate of the 108 candidates, whose answer sheets are still untraceable" The OMR sheets of about 108 students, who had written the matric examination from government-run Podia SSD High School, Malkangiri, were found missing after the invigilators had collected them on the completion of the exam on March 2.

 

Similarly, discussions on the fate of another 500 candidates also remained "inconclusive", Hazra said. The BSE board examination committee would meet shortly to take a call on the two cases.

The Central Board of Secondary Education has conducted science exam for 10th class today. Students came out of examination hall happy calling it an easy paper. Based on the feedback, the examination seemed to be balanced and students could finish it on and some even before time.

Talking to the indianexpress.com, a Science teacher from Amity International School, New Delhi, Arpita Chauhan said, “The exam was simple. In such question papers, candidates are needed to right to the point answers. We can expect a strict marking for the examination considering easy difficulty levels.” She also informed, “While all sets had the same questions which were mostly jumbled to prevent cheating, there were two different questions in set 1 which were not there in any other set.”

 

Arti Jaiswal from Vidya Gyan School, Bulandshahr said, “The examination was based on the latest format as described by the CBSE. There were many internal choices and more application based questions were asked. If a student is through with their exam, they might find such questions to be simple but for some, thinking about these questions might have consumed a few extra minutes.”

 

Based on candidates reactions, it was found that all the questions were from NCERT and no anomalies could be traced. Candidates found physics to be comparatively difficult than the chemistry and biology examination.

The National Institute of Open Schooling has issued the NIOS Hall Ticket for 10th and 12th class today i.e. on March 13, 2019, at 1:15 pm. The hall ticket is available for the practical as well as for the theory examinations. Students can download the admit card online at FastResult website. The examinations of the secondary standard are starting from April 03, 2019. National Institute of Open Schooling is conducting the exams for the 12th class from April 02, 2019.

The admit card is available in the pdf format. It contains important details related to the students as well as the exam. It possesses the information such as the name of the board, student’s name, date of birth, roll number, enrollment number, mother’s name, father’s name, registration number, subject code, subject name, centre name, examination dates, exam days, the timings for the examinations etc.

 

For the board exams, the students will have to carry the hall ticket at the examination hall. If the candidates will have it then they will be allowed for the examinations otherwise not. Along with the hall ticket, the candidates should have also carry identity proof. 

 

The exams for 10th class will begin from April 03, 2019. The first and the last examination is for Employability Skills and Business Studies/ Bhartiya Darshan. The last date of the exams is May 04, 2019. The timing of the exams is from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

 

The NIOS Board will conduct the examinations of 12th class from March 02, 2019. The students will first appear for Sanskrit exam. After a month, the examinations will be finished. It will end on May 04, 2019. The last examination is for Computer Science/ Environmental Science/ Sociology/ Bharatiya Darshan. The timing is the same for 10th and 12th class. So, the timings are from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

 

The practical examinations are starting from March 16 to March 30, 2019. Within 15 days, the practical examinations will over.

बिहार बोर्ड इंटर उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन दो मार्च से शुरू हो चुका है। इसके बावजूद कई केंद्रों पर 50 फीसदी परीक्षकों ने योगदान नहीं दिया है। इससे उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के मूल्यांकन की गति धीमी हो गयी है। मंगलवार को डीईओ ने पटना जिले के सभी नौ मूल्यांकन केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया। जिसके अंतर्गत 957 में से 432 परीक्षक अनुपस्थित पाए गये। बलदेवा हाई स्कूल केंद्र पर 324 परीक्षकों में से मंगलवार शाम तक 190 परीक्षकों ने ही योगदान दिया है। वहीं दूसरी ओर, पटना कॉलेजिएट की बात करें तो 123 में से सिर्फ 85 परीक्षकों ने ही योगदान दिया हैं। और जीडी पाटलिपुत्रा हाई स्कूल में भी 129 में से 85 परीक्षकों ने योगदान दिया है। बिहार बोर्ड इंटर उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के मूल्यांकन में योगदान नहीं देने वाले परीक्षकों पर बोर्ड की ओर से प्राथमिकी दर्जकराने की तैयारी की जा रही है। इसकी तैयारी पटना डीईओ ज्योति कुमार ने शुरू कर दी है। इनके नहीं आने की वजह जानी जा रही है। जो परीक्षक बिना वजह अनुपस्थित होंगे, उनपर प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जायेगी।

बिहार बोर्ड इंटर उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के मूल्यांकन की समीक्षा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग से होगी। वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग समीक्षा बैठक में डीईओ, डीपीओ, सभी केंद्राधीक्षक, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर शामिल होंगे। उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की जांच होने के बाद तीन स्तरों पर अंकों को देखा जा रहा है। परीक्षक के बाद मुख्य परीक्षक देखेंगे और उनके देखने के बाद कंप्यूटर में अंकों को अपलोड किया जाएगा। पटना कॉलेजिएट की अब तक लगभग 3200 कॉपियां अपलोड हो गई हैं।

CBSE 12th class chemistry exam held conducted on today i.e. February 12, 2019. As of now, no exception has been reported. After a difficult Physics examination, students were expecting the Chemistry exam to be difficult as well, however, based on students reactions, it could be concluded that the examination was easy.

Talking to indianexpress.com, a teacher from Amity International school said, “The examination was easy, candidates could complete the exam in given time, in fact, many of our candidates cleared the exam early. We are expecting 95+ marks from this year’s result.” She additionally added, “The one and two marks questions asked in today’s examination were tricky. While the questions were from NCERT they were not straight and tested basic understanding of candidates rather than learning.” Another chemistry teacher said, “P-block elements used to constitute of 8 marks every year and this year it was for 5 marks. There were more internal choices in the examination. It was a balanced paper and students should be able to secure well if have been through with their NCERT.”

 

After having preponed the examination dates from March to February, the Central Board of Secondary Education will be publishing the results of 10th and 12th class earlier than the previous years. According to news, the CBSE Board result is expected to be announced around May 10, 2019.

On March 11, 2019, the National Institute of Open Schooling has revised the date sheet for 10th and 12th class students. The Open School has declared the new date sheet online at FastResult Mobile App and Website. The examinations for the 10th class are beginning from April 03 while for 12th class, the board is conducting the examinations from April 02, 2019. The examination dates for both classes have been modified from April 11, 2019. The exam dates till April 10, 2019, are the same as provided on the previous date sheet. The changes in the examination dates have been done on Monday after the Election Commission of India declared the General Election Poll dates on Sunday. Regarding the changes in the examination dates,  the Chairman of NIOS Mr. Chandra Bhusan Sharma said that the board has changed only those exam dates which were clashing with the poll dates. The rest of the date sheet is the same. Around 3.75 lakh students of 10th and 12th class are appearing for the board examinations of NIOS across the country.

RRB Group D PET Admit Card: Released

RRC has released the RRB Group D PET Admit Card 2019 now.

It has been made available at the zonal websites of the RRC

Each RRC conducts the PET at different dates for which admit card is available 10 days prior to the exam.

During the Physical Test, the candidates have to carry RRB Group D Admit Card for PET, along with one valid id proof and passport size photograph.

Central Board of Secondary Education has conducted the 12th Class Sociology Board Examination 2019 on March 11, 2019. The exam was conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and 1-hour additional were provided for the PWD students. The exam for most of the students is now complete and the first reactions are here. As per the students who appeared in the examination, the paper was easy and expected.

Speaking on the length of the exam a student commented that it was not too lengthy and that she was able to complete the paper on time. Other students agreed as well. Some four mark questions were reportedly lengthier and took longer time. as per students, the question was tricky and there was difficulty in some of the respondents.

 

Authorities who browsed through the question paper called it a balanced paper. This year, the number of internal choices in the questions paper was increased. A specialist pointed out that the choices, especially in the 6 mark questions were enough and would ensure that almost all the students would have attempted the long answer questions. A few of the two marks questions were tricky but expectedly so. Overall there was no report of misprints of any out of syllabus questions. Detailed analysis is awaited at the point but the first reaction is that the question paper was easy.

The Board of Secondary Education, Telangana has issued the admit card for the SSC examinations this week. The students who will appear in the exams can download the admit card from the FastResult website. The SSC exams will be held from March 16 to April 2, 2019.

Students will be allotted separate question paper sets. if any student attempts question paper other than their allotted set, their candidature will be cancelled, according to the official announcement. If any student appears in an examination centre other than the one assigned, they will be disqualified.

The Chhattisgarh Board issued a notification regarding the change in the date sheet for 10th and 12th Class. Due to the Lok Sabha Elections, many entrance exams, recruitment exams, board examination etc have been rescheduled. Because of which the Chattisgarh Board has decided to reschedule the 10th and 12th class examination. The Board exam was earlier scheduled to be conducted on April 09, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16, 2019, for 10th and 12th Class has now been rescheduled to April 27, 29, 30, 2019 and May 01, 02, 03, 2019. The revised time table has been uploaded online at the FastResult website. As far as the timings are concerned, the examination will start at 08:00 AM and will end at 11:30 AM.

The first examination is on April 27, 2019, for Hindi subject of 10th Class. The next exam is on April 29, 2019, for Geography for 12th Class. Then, the next exam is of English on April 30, 2019, for 10th Class. On May 01, 2019, the examination for English subject for 12th Class will be conducted. Then on May 02, 2019, the examination for Economics will be conducted for 10th Class. The last examination is on May 03, 2019 for Hindi subject for 12th Class.  

 

The students need to be present at the test centre for at least 15 minutes before the examination. At 08:00 AM, the candidates should be seated on their seat. Then at about 08:05 AM, the candidates will get the answer booklet. Read all the instructions carefully and on the basis of it, they will have to enter details in the OMR Answer Sheet. Remember to darken the circles correctly in the OMR Answer Sheet. Then at 08:25 AM, the question papers will be given to the students. The candidates should utilize this time to read the questions and identify the questions which are difficult and which are easy. On the basis of it, they should then proceed to solve the question paper. The candidates will be able to write answers in the OMR Sheet from 08:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

 

It is notified to the students to not to carry electronic devices such as calculator or mobile phone inside the test centre. You must carry a clear print out of the Admit Card and the important materials for geometry. Don't write anything on the question paper and if any rough work is needed, it is to be done on the last page of the OMR Answer Sheet. The students are not allowed to carry textual material inside the exam centre. You may carry your own water bottle inside the exam centre. It is suggested that the students should also take a clear clipboard with nothing written on it. This will help you to write better in the examination.
