यूपी बोर्ड के हाईस्कूल और इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षा का कल तीसरा दिन था। सुबह 6 बजे से ही केंद्रों के बाहर छात्रों की लंबी कतार नजर आने लगी। कोई अपने अभिभावक के साथ तो कहीं छात्र खुद परीक्षा देने पहुंचा। नकलविहीन परीक्षा के तहत कहीं छात्रों से जूते और चप्पलें भी उतरवा ली गई। वहीं पर छात्र कई जगह अंधेरे में पेपर देते दिखाई दिए। इसी हलचल के बीच डिप्टी सीएम ने परीक्षा केंद्रों का मुआयना भी किया। बता दें, वैसे तो परीक्षाएं सात फरवरी से शुरू हैं। वहीं, प्रमुख विषयों की परीक्षा कल (मंगलवार) से शुरू हो गई हैं। हाईस्कूल, इंटर के छात्रों का हिंदी व वाणिज्य का पेपर था। 


नकलचियों पर सीसी कैमरे की नजर, तो कहीं जूते के साथ उतरवाई चप्पलें भी

सख्त व्यवस्था के चलते परीक्षा के तहत मोहनलालगंज के सिसेंदी में स्थित हीरालाल यादव इंटर कॉलेज में छात्रों से जूते के साथ-साथ उनकी चप्पलें भी उतरवाई गई l वही दूसरी तरफ, सीसी कैमरे के जरिए परीक्षा केंद्रों की निगरानी की गई। वहीं, जनता इंटर कॉलेज में छात्र अंधेरे में परीक्षा देने पर मजबूर हैं। परीक्षा कक्ष में एक बल्ब की रोशिनी तक नहीं दिखाई दी।

डिप्टी सीएम ने लिया जायजा 

वही, परीक्षा को नकलविहीन कराने की कवायद के चलते डिप्टी सीएम डॉ दिनेश शर्मा ने नादान महल रोड स्थित अमीनाबाद इंटर कॉलेज और एमडी शुक्ला इंटर कॉलेज का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था का जायजा लिया। सीसीटीवी कंट्रोल रूम से लेकर कक्षों के अंदर जाकर छात्रों से बात की। बता दें, परीक्षा को नकलविहीन कराने की कवायद के चक्कर में डिप्टी सीएम डॉ दिनेश शर्मा ने बोर्ड परीक्षा के पहले दिन ही निगरानी की कमान अपने हाथ में ले ली थी। उन्होंने शहर के कई परीक्षा केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया था।


डिप्टी सीएम ने छात्रों से की बात


  • वही, डॉ दिनेश शर्मा ने एक छात्र से पूछा- पेपर कैसा है ? छात्र ने कहा- सर, अच्छा 
  • दूसरे छात्र से पूछा- नकल करना सही है ? छात्र ने कहा- नहीं सर, गलत बात है। 


बोर्ड कर्तव्य में बाधा पहुंचाने पर खत्म होगी मान्यता

उधर, वित्तविहीन कॉलेजों के कई शिक्षकों को प्रबंधन कर्तव्य से मुक्त नहीं कर रहे हैं। ऐसे में वह यूपी बोर्ड परीक्षा में कक्ष निरीक्षक की ज्वाइनिंग के लिए नहीं पहुंच पा रहे हैं। डीआइओएस ने ऐसे विद्यालयों की मान्यता वापस लेने का अल्टीमेटम दिया। दरअसल, यूपी बोर्ड परीक्षा में 4,058 कक्ष निरीक्षकों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है। इसमें 525 शिक्षक राजकीय, सहायता प्राप्त कॉलेज 1957, वित्तविहीन के 1228 शिक्षक हैं। इसमें निजी विद्यालयों के प्रबंधक-प्रधानाचार्य शिक्षकों को यूपी बोर्ड ड्यूटी में भेजने से आनाकानी कर रहे हैं। वह विद्यालय में अन्य कक्षाओं के बाधित होने की बात कह रहे हैं। ऐसे में डीआइओएस डॉ. मुकेश कुमार ने बोर्ड ड्यूटी में लगे शिक्षकों को जल्द कार्य मुक्त किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। वहीं लापरवाही करने पर मान्यता समाप्त करने का अल्टीमेटम दिया।


एक दिन पहले जेडी का कंट्रोल रूम रहा बंद 

यूपी बोर्ड परीक्षा को लेकर शिक्षा भवन में दो कंट्रोल रूम बनाए गए हैं। इनमें शिक्षकों की तैनाती भी की गई है। सोमवार (11 फरवरी) को डीआइओएस कार्यालय का कंट्रोल रूम खुला रहा, जबकि जेडी कार्यालय का बंद रहा।


पहली परीक्षा में बारिश ने किया था परेशान 

बता दें, बोर्ड परीक्षा के पहले दिन यानी सात फरवरी को छात्रों को दोहरी परीक्षा से गुजरना पड़ा। उन्हें पेपर से पहले बारिश की मार झेलनी पड़ी। विद्यार्थी भीगते हुए सेंटर पहुंचे। ऐसे में ठिठुर रहे छात्रों के लिखते वक्त हाथ भी कंपकपा गए। बेमौसम बारिश कई छात्रों के भविष्य पर भारी पड़ गई।

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released 11th Class Result 2018 for Kashmir Division Winter Zone. The result for the 11th class has been announced on February 13, 2019, at 05:40 pm. The candidates can check the result on the official website i.e. on jkbose.ac.in. 



To search for the result, the students can click on the link accessible on the official website. Then they will be redirected to a new page. There they require to submit the roll number or students name. The candidates should fill the same roll number and name that is being on the admit card.

West Bengal board examinations: The Bengali paper of the Madhyamik examination has been allegedly leaked on Tuesday, the first day of the exams at Ratua constituency in Malda. The question paper began circulating on the social media platform, and after a senior board official got an image of the Bengali question on his Whatsapp number, the board lodged a police complaint against unknown persons. West Bengal board president Kalyanmoy Ganguly said that the WB board has lodged a complaint at Bidhannagar police commissionerate Cyber Crime cell after the superior official reported the matter to the board. “We lodged the police complaint as we need to find out who had snapped the photo and forwarded the same among others to create mischief,” Ganguly said.




On the news of the purported image of Bengali first question paper circulated on Whatsapp, Ganguly said “The images were captured and forwarded on Whatsapp after the exams started. By that time students were already writing their papers inside the exam centre. So there has been no leak.” He said there was no question of holding the Bengali first paper exams again. “We do not have the report of any question paper leak and the first day exams passed off easily everywhere in the West Bengal state, including the hills,” the board chairman said, as reported by news agency PTI.


First, speaking to indianexpress.com, Avishek Chakraborty, OC examination, Ratua said, “Till now, no such incidents were reported to me. We have to verify the report, and actions will be needed if it was proved.”


A total of 10.66 lakh candidates appeared in the exams that have begun from February 12. The 10th Class examinations will conclude on February 22, 2019. Last year, director of Subhasnagar High School in Jalpaiguri district was caught for allegedly leaking paper during the board exam. The headmaster Haridayal Roy was discharged from duty following the complaints.

बिहार बोर्ड परीक्षाएं शुरू हो चुकी हैं। पहली परीक्षा 06 फरवरी, 2019 को हुई थी। इन परीक्षाओं को दो पालियों में प्रबंधित किया गया था, अर्थात् सुबह 9:30 से दोपहर 12:45 तक और दोपहर 1:45 से शाम 5:00 बजे तक। बिहार बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के लिए, इस वर्ष, परीक्षाओं के लिए लगभग 13,15,371 छात्र उपस्थित हुए हैं। पिछले वर्ष, परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले उम्मीदवारों की संख्या 11,92,053 थी। तो, जैसा कि पिछले वर्ष का विश्लेषण किया गया था, वर्तमान वर्ष में, परीक्षाओं में बैठने वाले 10% उम्मीदवारों का लाभ है।


बीएसईबी के अध्यक्ष, श्री आनंद किशोर ने कहा है कि यह लाभ उन छात्रों के कारण हुआ है जो पिछले वर्ष की परीक्षाओं में चूक गए थे। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि इस बार बोर्ड यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि परीक्षाएं स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष तरीके से ली जाएंगी। साथ ही, बीएसईबी बोर्ड ने परीक्षाओं में किसी भी तरह की गड़बड़ी से बचने के लिए सब कुछ कम्प्यूटरीकृत कर दिया है। अंतिम एडमिट कार्ड में बदलाव के लिए बोर्ड ने डमी एडमिट कार्ड भी जारी किया था।

बिहार बोर्ड द्वारा साझा किए गए आंकड़ों के अनुसार, इस वर्ष, 12 वीं कक्षा के लिए कुल 13,15,371 उम्मीदवार परीक्षा में शामिल हो रहे हैं। इन उम्मीदवारों में से, 5,53,198 लड़कियां हैं जबकि परीक्षा में बैठने वाले लड़कों की संख्या 7,62,153 है। आंकड़ों की बात करें तो विज्ञान स्ट्रीम की परीक्षा में 6,87,059 उम्मीदवार भाग ले रहे हैं। आर्ट्स स्ट्रीम में, परीक्षा देने वाले छात्रों की संख्या 5,63,311 है। कॉमर्स स्ट्रीम यानी 64,267 में सबसे कम छात्र दाखिला ले रहे हैं। वोकेशनल स्ट्रीम की परीक्षा में लगभग 734 अभ्यर्थी शामिल हो रहे हैं।


छात्र 1339 परीक्षा केंद्रों में 12 वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा दे रहे हैं। सभी धाराओं की परीक्षा लिखने वाले छात्रों की संख्या राजधानी में ही 71,313 है। बिहार बोर्ड ने परीक्षा के लिए राजधानी में 82 केंद्र बनाए हैं। कुल 573 केंद्रों में से केवल महिला छात्रों को सौंपा गया है। अंतिम परीक्षा 16 फरवरी, 2019 को प्रबंधित की जाएगी। यह गृह विज्ञान (I.A) / अर्थशास्त्र (I.Com) के लिए आयोजित की जाएगी। बिहार बोर्ड पहली पाली में परीक्षाओं का प्रबंधन करेगा। 16 फरवरी को दूसरी पाली में कोई भी परीक्षा कार्यक्रम नहीं है।

बिहार बोर्ड (बीएसईबी) द्वारा आयोजित इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षाओं के पहले दिन बुधवार को अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग करने के लिए साठ उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा केंद्रों से निष्कासित कर दिया गया। गया जिले में परीक्षा के दौरान एक नकलची को गिरफ्तार किया गया। कला, वाणिज्य, विज्ञान और व्यावसायिक धाराओं के कुल 3,80,317 छात्र दर्शन, उद्यमशीलता, जीव विज्ञान और राष्ट्रीय भाषा (आरबी) हिंदी के लिए क्रमशः राज्य भर में 1,339 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर दिखाई दिए। परीक्षाएं दो बैठकों में सुबह 9.30 बजे से 12.45 बजे और दोपहर 1.45 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक आयोजित की गई हैं।

बाकी परीक्षाओं में शामिल उम्मीदवारों में से, औरंगाबाद में धोखाधड़ी के 13 मामले सामने आए, जिनमें गया और नालंदा में 10, नवादा में 7, छपरा में 6, जमुई और वैशाली में 3, बांका और अरवल में दो-दो मामले हैं। मधुबनी, सीवान, भोजपुर और सहरसा में एक-एक।



बीएसईबी ने अपने परीक्षा केंद्रों पर धोखाधड़ी की घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की है। परीक्षाओं की वीडियोग्राफी और फोटोग्राफी भी परीक्षा के दौरान की गई। निष्पक्ष और धोखाधड़ी मुक्त परीक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, बिहार बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष आनंद किशोर और अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आरके महाजन ने पटना के कई परीक्षा केंद्रों का दौरा किया, जहां उन्होंने परीक्षाओं में सख्ती बरतने के लिए कहा। और खुद परीक्षार्थियों को परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए कहा दोनों ने बालक प्लस टू उच विद्यालय, शास्त्री नगर, राजकीय बालिका उच्छ विद्यालय, शास्त्री नगर और जेडी वीमेंस कॉलेज का दौरा किया।

पटना के जिलाधिकारी कुमार रवि ने भी कुछ केंद्रों पर जाकर छात्रों को फंसाया। कुल मिलाकर 3,17,273 छात्र जीव विज्ञान के पेपर के लिए और 731 आरबी हिंदी के पेपर के लिए बैठे थे, जबकि 13,473 छात्र उद्यमिता के लिए और 48,840 दूसरे सत्र में दर्शन के लिए उपस्थित हुए। गवर्नमेंट प्लस टू बॉयज हाई स्कूल के छात्र ऋषिकेश सिंह ने कहा कि जीव विज्ञान का पेपर अध्ययन करने वालों के लिए आसान था। हार्टमैन सीनियर सेकेंडरी गर्ल्स हाई स्कूल की एक अन्य छात्रा जुलियाना मरांडी ने कहा, "प्रश्न पैटर्न में बदलाव एक छात्र-अनुकूल कदम है। कुल 35 प्रश्न ऑब्जेक्टिव-टाइप और 18 सब्जेक्टिव प्रश्न पूछे गए हैं, जिनमें से हमें केवल 10 का प्रयास करना है।

Maharashtra Board exams are coming near and candidates are taking a lot of stress. Therefore, keeping in mind the candidate’s benefits Maharashtra board has come up with this important update in the exam pattern. But the update has been made for one subject only. For the rest of the subjects, candidates will be tested on the basis of last year questions too. In the language subjects, the candidates require to prepare the writing and grammar questions from the previous year. While in Science and Maths (both 1 and 2) papers the candidate will receive the questions of 40 marks weightage on the basis of 9th class concepts and formulas. But for History, Political Science, and Geography students gave the relaxation for not preparing the last year questions. For 2018-19, the Maharashtra board has come up with the latest exam pattern. This year candidate will not be allowed to appear for the oral exams and need to attempt the questions of total 100 marks papers without the maths and science.

With the update in the pattern of the question paper, the students of the 10th class have already in stress. Therefore, this decision of the education department might provide great relief to some extent. But, some parents are not happy. According to them, the department has to take the decision a little earlier. As by the month of December, most of the candidates have completed with their preparation and in the month of January, the candidates appeared for the preceding exams. So, if the Maharashtra education department published this change in the beginning then this would save the time of the candidates.


Maharashtra 10th class examinations 2019 are going to start from March 01 and will continue till March 22. The exams are going to start in 19 days. So, candidates are suggested there is no need to worry. Start improving the topics you have prepared with a calm and stress-free mind.

The 10th or 12th Board Exams of the Central Board of Secondary Education will be held from February 15. About 28 lakh candidates can register the exam this year. At the same time, before the exam, CBSE has announced important guidance to the schools and parents on the website cbse.nic.in, in which they have been notified about the rules for the update. Let us understand what is written in the important guidance for the Board Examination 2019.


CBSE has Announced 4 New Rules


1. School Uniform Mandatory

School Uniforms have been made compulsory for regular candidates. According to the news of Times Now, the board has strictly told the schools to give instructions to their candidates about it. If students don't wear the uniform correctly then they can be stopped for entry in the exam centre.


2. Parents Signature on Admit Card

In addition to the candidates and principal's signature on the admittance card, this year Central Board of Secondary Education has created a column for parents' signature. Candidates should ensure that they have all required signature on the admission card of their CBSE board exam. Entry will not be permitted at the examination centre if anybody signs off the signature.

3. No Entry after 10 o'clock

Any candidate in the exam centre takes the entry at 10 AM. then they will not be given an entry in any condition. Therefore, all candidates and their parents are informed to ensure that they reach centres on time.


4. What to take in the exam centre and not

Candidates can take their pens and require stationery in a transparent bag. Apart from these, candidates are only permitted to carry their school card or admission card of the CBSE Board. At the same time, check the signature or stamped on the admit card. Those candidates who have diabetes are permitted to take snacks with them. Also, any written material, mobile phone, purse or smartwatches are not allowed within the exam hall.

The Board of Secondary Education has published the Odisha 10th Admit Card 2019 on February 08, 2019 at 3:50 PM. The admit card is ready at bseodisha.nic.in in school login. The respective schools can download the admit card for the 10th class by submitting the school code and the password. The candidates are advised to visit their schools and get the admit card. The Odisha 10th admit card is available online in the pdf format and includes important information such as the name of the students, board name, roll number, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, exam date, exam day, examinations timings, reporting time, exam centre, and some other important instructions.

The board exams of 10th class will start from February 22, 2019. The examinations will be held for 16 days. The exams will be ended on March 08, 2019. The first examination is of First Language while the last is Social Science. The exams will be managed from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. First, it was used to be held at 9:00 am. But this year, the timings have been modified. The examinations will be held in 2,830 centres. As per the announcement released by the Odisha board, around 5,45,354 regular students are taking part in the exams. The number of ex-regular candidates is 25,008, 2,106 CC students and 221 ex-cc candidates are appearing for 10th class exams. So, in total, there are 5,72,699 candidates who are enrolling in the board exams of Odisha for 10th class.



For the Madhyama exams, the number of regular candidates is 2754. The ex-regular candidates are 255. So, for Madhyama examinations, a total of 3009 students are appearing. The total number of nodal examination centres is 304 and despatched teams are 693. For the students of +2 standard, the admit card will be published soon. The exams for the 12th class are starting from March 07, 2019. After 23 days, the exams will be completed on March 30, 2019. The timing of the examinations is from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. All the students are required to be seated at 9:45 am.


The BSE, Odisha is the state board which controls for Odisha. The BSE Odisha came into being in the year 1979. It is only responsible for the High School Certificate (HSC) exams. The board manages the exams twice a year. First is the main exams in the month of February/March and the second is the supplementary exams. The supplementary exams use to be taken in the month of June. The Odisha board exams are open to all category of candidates such as regular, quasi-regular, ex-regular, external etc.
