The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is gearing up to commence the registration process for Assam HS Exams 2024. Starting on November 1, 2023, eligible students have until November 30, 2023, to complete their registration for the class 12 board exams.
The AHSEC has issued a directive to all school and junior college heads to ensure that no student is left out of this crucial registration process. The registration link for AHSEC HS 2024 will be exclusively available on the official portal at ahsec.assam.gov.in. It's important to note that students with a family income of less than 2 lakh are exempt from the examination fee.
The Assam class 12 exams are scheduled to take place in two shifts, running from February 20 to March 20, 2024. Practical exams will be conducted from January 25 to February 15, 2023.

Assam HS Board Exams 2024: Application Fees
For the Assam HS Exams 2024, students are required to pay an examination fee of Rs 500, along with Rs 100 for each practical exam per subject. A fee of Rs 100 is applicable for non-recognized subject permission. The Council has also specified a fee of Rs 200 for accessing the marksheet. To obtain the Assam HS certificate, a fee of Rs 200 is applicable.
