CBSE 10th Result: How Many Pass and who is the Topper

Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the CBSE 10th Result 2019 on May 06, at 2:15 pm. It came as surprise to the students, as in the morning it media reports told that result will not be declared today. Now that the result has been announced, so students can check it from FastResult website and Mobile Application. The CBSE 10th class board examination began from February 21 and ended on March 29, 2019.

In 2019, 13 students have got the first rank with 99.9%, 25 students have 99.6% and 59 students have scored 99.4%. Making a grand total of 97 students who have scored 1, 2 and 3r rank, respectively. And Region wise, Trivandrum has the best performance with 99.85%, Chennai and Ajmer got the 3rd position. From Schools, Kendriya Vidyalaya's have the best performance with 99.47% of students cleared the examination.

In the list of 97 toppers, 64 were girls. Overall also, girls have performed great than boys with 2.31%. Overall, the passing percentage of girls was 92.45% whereas that of boys was 90.14%. The passing percentage for transgender students is 94.74%. Of all the statistics shared, what is perhaps most shocking is the number of students who have got 99.4% and above to rank 1st, 2nd and 3rd in CBSE 10 Class Results. With 97 students, the number is brilliant, making one question the rationale of such number and statistics. 

 

The numbers don't stop at toppers. 57,256 students have got above 95% and 2,25,143 students have secured 90% and above. The passing percentage of students with 90% and above is 12.78%.  On a positive note, 275 students under the Special category have record 90% and above. Dilwin Prince from Kerala is the topper under the CWSN category with 493 marks. Savan Vishoy secured the second position with 492 Marks and Irene Tresa Mathews got the third rank with 491 marks. New Session for 11th Class to Begin After 10th Class Results

 

As per the news, the Board has made a more addition in the list of the changes. According to the direction provided by the Delhi High Court, the CBSE board will conduct the new session for 11th class students after the announcement of 10th class. About this, the board has given a notification to the affiliated schools.

 

CBSE 10th Compartment Result 2019 

 

Unfortunately, if you will not get the passing score then the board will give the second chance such as the compartment examinations. So, as the first step, you will have to fill the application form. So, on the form, you will have to fill some details such as your personal and also the educational information. Then you can select the subjects for which you will have to enroll in the compartment examination. The students will have to submit the application fee to the officials and complete the process. Now, as per the time table, you will have to give the examination. Once, the examination will over then CBSE 10th Compartment Result 2019 will be declared.
