UP Intermediate Result 2019 is going to declare tomorrow, April 27 at 12:30 pm. Board Secretary, Neena Srivastava has confirmed the date and time yesterday itself. The announcement for the same has been uploaded on its official website. Lakhs of students are now eagerly waiting for their result. 1. Number of Students Appeared for Examinations
This year more than 58 lakhs students have registered for UP Board examinations. Out of which around 26 lacs students have appeared for intermediate examinations. However, if we compare the total number of appeared students from the last year then this year 9 lakh students less appeared for the examinations. Previous year around 67 lacs students have appeared for 10th and 12th class examinations 2019.
2. Number of Students Skipped the Examinations
This year almost 6 lakhs students have skipped the exams. As per the reports, the reason behind this is the strict actions taken against cheating and leaking of question papers before the examinations. UP board manages authenticity by taking strict actions.
3. Changes In Board Examination Pattern
As per the news, the UP Board has changed the pattern of the exams a bit. The UP board has added the 18 chapters from NCERT from this year. Along with this, the UP board has made changes in the exam process.
4. Evaluation of Board Exam Answer Sheets
UP Board 10th and 12th class examinations conducted in the month of February. However, after the conclusion of the examinations, the evaluation process began from March 07 to March 26. There were around 3.20 crore answer sheets to be evaluated.
5. Delay In Confirmation 10th and 12th Result
As the evaluation process finished as expected on time. But still the UP board not able to confirm the final result date which increased the confusion among the students. The delay in the confirmation of the result is due to the election duties of all the staff members as per the news. But finally keeping its trend UP Board has confirmed the result date before two days of the result.

In the current year, more than 58 lakh students had appeared for the examinations. Out of these students, 31,95,603 students are from high school while 26,11,319 students from intermediate. In the last year, 36,55,691 students took part in the exams of high school and 30,66,496 students for intermediate. The overall pass percentage was 75.16% for high school and 72.43% for intermediate. Now, coming to the performances of the boys and girls, it was clear that the girls defeated boys in intermediate as well as in high school. The passing percentage of boys and girls was 72.3% and 78.8% for 12th. for 10th class, it was 78.44% and 67.36%.
After pass the examination, students will have options to choose for their future studies. There will be multiple courses available for studies like B.Sc, B.Com, and BA. After choosing the streams, students have to report to their respective school where they are trying for admission. Students are required to get their passing certificate and mark sheet. If students are planning to move other state they also have to take the transfer certificate. Ready all your certificates with their photocopies for admission.
