Around 6 lakh students are awaiting their Gujarat 12th class result. The examinations took place across 1,548 examination centres across the state. Last year, the general stream result was declared on May 31.
The passing percentage had decreased slightly last year when overall 73% of students passed the examination and in general stream, 56.82% of students pass the exam. As compared to 2017 when the passing percentage was at 74% (overall) and 56.88% in the general stream.
To pass the exam, students require to get minimum grade D in every subject and in all the subjects combined. Those students who get E grade are eligible for supplementary examinations. Students who get below this will be termed as failed.
Gujarat HSC Supplementary/Poorak Pariksha Result 2019
In the year 2019, students who are appeared for the Gujarat 12th General Examinations who are not able to get the passing marks will get the second chance as supplementary examinations. Gujarat board will conduct the supplementary examinations in the month of June 2019. After the conclusion of the regular examinations, the Gujarat HSC Supplementary Result 2019 will be declared. The last year, in the session of 2018, the Gujarat board did not publish the result online. The board mentioned that the students would be able to get the supplementary result from the respective schools.
