PSEB 12th Result 2025: 91 Percent Passed
This year, a total of 91 percent children have passed the Punjab Board 12th examination. This year's passing percentage has fallen slightly compared to last year. In 2024, 93.04 percent children passed in 12th. Let us tell you that a total of 265388 students appeared in the 12th board examination this year. Out of that, 241506 students have passed the examination. Students who have not passed can improve their result by appearing in the compartment examination.

PSEB 12th Result 2025: Girls again outshone boys, passing percentage was higher than boys
A total of 124229 girls had registered their presence in the Punjab Board 12th exam results this year. Out of this, 117175 girls have passed the exam. This year the passing percentage of girls has been 94.32 percent. A total of 141156 boys had registered their presence in the Punjab Board 12th exam this year. Out of this, 124328 boys have passed the exam. Talking about the passing percentage, a total of 88.08 percent boys have passed this exam.
Harsirat Kaur topped the state
Harsirat Kaur of Barnala became the state topper by scoring 500 out of 500 marks. This time also girls have outperformed in the results. The pass percentage of girls was 94.32%. While the pass percentage of boys was 88.08%, which is about 6% less than girls.
All three girls are in top-3 in 12th exam
Harsirat Kaur of Barnala is in the first position of top-3. Harsirat has secured first position in entire Punjab by securing 500 marks out of 500. Manveer Kaur of Ferozepur is in second position. Manveer has secured 498 marks out of 500. Arsh of Mansa is in third position. Arsh has also secured 498 marks out of 500.
PSEB 12th Result 2025: 5950 students fail
In this year's Punjab Board Class 12 results, a total of 2,41,506 candidates passed the exam while 5,950 were declared failed. The Punjab Board has placed 17,844 students in the compartment category and has withheld the Punjab Board results of 88 candidates.
