The Tamil Nadu School Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, revealed the much-awaited TN 10th, 12th exam dates for 2024 in a recent press conference. According to the announcement, the Tamil Nadu 12th board exams will commence from March 1, 2024, to March 22, 2024. Similarly, TN SSLC board exams are scheduled to be conducted from March 26, 2024, to April 8, 2024.
The minister also shared the Class 11 exam dates for 2024. Tamil Nadu plus one exams are set to take place from March 4, 2024, to March 25, 2024.
In addition to the public exam dates, the minister disclosed the schedule for Tamil Nadu practical exams in 2024:
- Class 10: February 23, 2024, to February 29, 2024
- Class 11: February 19, 2024, to February 24, 2024
- Class 12: February 12, 2024, to February 17, 2024
The Directorate of Government Examination (DGE) will soon release the official TN 12th public exam time table 2024 and TN 10th exam time table 2024 on the official website dge.tn.gov.in.

- Click on the ‘Notification’ tab
- Candidates will be redirected to another page
- Click on the ‘Circular’ option and open the link of ‘Time Table’
- TN public exam time table 2024 PDF will be displayed on the screen
- Download the time table PDF for further reference
