The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has released the supplementary exam timetable for the academic year 2025 for both Class 10 (SSLC) and Class 11 (HSE+1) students. As per the schedule, the exams will begin on July 4, 2025, and all subjects will be conducted in a single morning session to ensure clarity and give students enough time to prepare.
Class 10 (SSLC) Supplementary Exam Schedule:
The exams will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:15 PM each day. Students will get the first 10 minutes to read the question paper, followed by 5 minutes to verify their details. The actual writing time starts after that.

These supplementary exams are designed for students who either failed in one or more subjects or wish to improve their performance.

For HSE+1 (Class 11), 8,07,098 students registered. The overall pass percentage stood at 92.09%, with 4,03,949 girls and 3,39,283 boys passing.

For SSLC (Class 10), 9,13,084 students registered. The total pass rate was 93.80%. Girls had a pass percentage of 95.88%, while boys had 91.74%.

The exams were held at 4,113 centers across Tamil Nadu.
