UP Board Examinations 2019 are starting from tomorrow i.e. from February 07, 2019. For 10th class, the board examinations will be finished on February 28, 2019, while for 12th class, the board will manage the examinations till March 02, 2019. The UP Board examinations will be held in 8,354 exam centres. Around 58,06,922 candidates are taking part in the exam this year. In which 1,95,603 students are from 10th and 26,11,319 from 12th class. The first examination of 10th class is Music Singing while for 12th class, the first exam is Woodwork/Prandhshilp/Stitching and Psychology/ Pedagogy/ Logical Studies. These exams will be managed from 8:00 AM to 11:15 AM and from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM respectively.

A day before the board examinations, the students usually feel stress and nervousness. For some candidates, it is the worst nightmare. In the chaos and fear, they do many mistakes. DO THE REVISION REGULARLY
As the last minute tip, the revision is very necessary for the students. It is necessary to have a summary of every topic. Revision a day before the examination does not mean to read all the chapters and topics repeatedly. It denotes that the candidates should go through the important points, formulas, and objective type questions or single word answers.
BE CALM OR SELF MOTIVATED
For the candidates, it is very important to be calm and prepared. Usually, the candidates get freaked out and get worried. In such circumstances, they should be motivated. Don't panic if you think that you have not prepared well. Just be sure about your preparations.
EAT HEALTHY OR THINK POSITIVE
There is no better way prepared rather than eating healthy or thinking positive to make yourself positive. Students should take proper sleep or eat green vegetables. Ignore junk food for some days. It would really support.
Students should meditate every day. Don't give it more time but at least quiet your mind for 10 minutes each day. The candidates can also listen to music and peaceful songs. Control your mind regarding going in the wrong direction. Before seeming for the examinations, it is important to make your mind peaceful and focused.
