The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has recently unveiled the admit cards for the upcoming Class 10 Madhyamik Board exam, set to kick off on February 2. These crucial hall tickets have been dispatched to various schools through their respective camp offices as of January 22. Madhyamik exam candidates can obtain their admit cards starting January 24, directly from their respective schools.
To all Heads of X - Class High Schools recognized by the Board, the official notice states, "The Admit Cards of the candidates (Regular & External) appearing for the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2024 will be distributed through respective Camp Offices organized by the Board on 22nd January, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Head of the Institution or his/her authorized representative shall collect Admit Cards from the respective Camp Offices. Examinees shall collect the Admit Cards from their schools on and from 24th January, 2024.”
In addition, candidates have been urged to promptly contact the Regional Council Offices of the Board associated with their respective regions before January 29 if any discrepancies in their admit cards are identified. The official notice emphasizes, “If any errors or discrepancies are found in the Admit Card, the same shall be brought to the notice of respective Regional Council Offices of the Board, in writing, within January 29, 2024, for necessary corrections. Failing to do so, no application for such corrections will be entertained after the aforementioned date.”

Notably, the WBBSE has revised the schedule for the Class 10 Board Exam 2024. Candidates will now take the exam from 9:45 AM to 1 PM, as opposed to the previously notified time of 11:45 AM to 3 PM. The Class 10 Board Examinations for the year 2024 are slated to commence on February 2nd with the first language paper, followed by the second language paper on February 3rd and the history exams on February 5th.
