The Central Board of Secondary Education has reopened the LOC portal for the CBSE Board Exams 2026. Schools can fill and submit the LOC form through the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in.
The LOC form submission portal will remain open until October 8, 2025. Forms can be submitted by paying a late fee until October 11, 2025.

CBSE Board Exam 2026: Late Fee Information
If any school submits the LOC form after October 8, it will be required to pay a late fee. This fee will be accepted until October 11, 2025. After this, the portal will be closed and no further forms will be accepted.

CBSE has directed all schools to ensure that all information is correct and complete before filling out the LOC form. Schools will be responsible for any errors or delays. If a school fails to submit the LOC form by the deadline, its students' eligibility to appear for the examination may be cancelled.

Tentative dates for Class 10 and 12 board exams 2026
CBSE has already released the tentative dates for Class 10 and 12 board exams 2026. The exams will begin on February 17, 2026, and end on March 9, 2026 (Class 10) and April 9, 2026 (Class 12), respectively. Exams for most subjects will be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, while for some subjects, the timings will be from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
