Punjab Board Class 10 Grading System 2024 has been put forward by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB). Punjab Board grading system 2024 is largely similar to the CBSE grading system. Punjab Board Examination evaluates students based on Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) pattern.
Punjab Board 10th Result 2024 : Passing Marks
Earlier, students were required to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject as well as overall to pass the Punjab Board exam. But recently a major amendment has been made in this scheme. Recently, a new passing criteria has been addressed by PSEB which states that students need to score at least 20% marks in each theory as well as practical to pass those subjects, While the total score of both theory and practical must be at least 33% if these conditions are met they will be considered pass.

Punjab Board uses a seven-tier grading system, ranging from the highest score 'A1' to the lowest 'D'.

Punjab Board 10th Result 2024 : Revaluation Process
When some students will not be satisfied with their results. Students may feel that they may have scored more marks than what was awarded to them. Such students need not worry as PSEB provides the facility of result re-checking/revaluation. All they have to do is fill the rechecking/revaluation application online through the rechecking/revaluation portal available on the official website.
Students can log in and fill the form by paying the required fees. The result will be updated after the board addresses the applications. The board usually takes 10-15 days to release the updated results after reviewing the results of the applied students.
Punjab Board 10th Result 2024 : compartment exam 2024
As per the new norms, the minimum marks required to pass in a subject is 20%, while the student needs to score at least 33% marks in overall to claim the Punjab Board passing certificate. This exam is a good opportunity for those students who did not pass one or two subjects in PSEB 10th Board Exam 2024. Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) will conduct the PSEB 10th Supplementary Exam 2024 during August and September 2024 (tentative). PSEB 10th Board will announce the PSEB 10th Supplementary Result in the first week of October 2024 (tentative) on the official website.
