बिहार बोर्ड में इंटरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन कार्य चल रहा है। बिहार बोर्ड ने मूल्यांकन के लिए सभी केंद्रों को 20 मार्च तक का समय दिया है। जिन केंद्रों पर 20 मार्च तक मूल्यांकन समाप्त नहीं होगा, उन केंद्रों से अमूल्यांकित उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को बिहार बोर्ड अपने पास मंगवा लेगा। इसके लिए बोर्ड के विशेष अधिकारी सभी केंद्रों से कॉपी लेने जाएंगे। बिहार बोर्ड की मानें तो 22 मार्च से किसी भी मूल्यांकन केन्द्र पर इंटर की कॉपी नहीं जांची जायेगी। इसका निर्देश बोर्ड के सचिव अनूप कुमार सिन्हा ने सभी डीईओ, केंद्र निदेशक को भेजा है।

 

बिहार बोर्ड की मानें तो सभी केंद्रों पर इंटर की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन 15 मार्च तक समाप्त करना था। लेकिन बोर्ड ने पहले 18 और फिर अब 20 मार्च तक का समय दिया है। 21 मार्च से किसी भी केंद्र पर इंटर की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन नहीं होगा। सभी अमूल्यांकित उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को अधिकारियो द्वारा मंगवाने के बाद अन्य मूल्यांकन केंद्रों पर मूल्यांकन के लिए भेजा जायेगा।

 

बिहार बोर्ड की मानें तो इंटर की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन निर्धारित समय में पूरा नहीं करने वाले केंद्रों की समीक्षा की जायेगी। बोर्ड ने इसे मूल्यांकन केंद्र की लापरवाही मानी है। केंद्र की लापरवाही की समीक्षा करने के बाद जो दोषी होंगे, उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जायेगी। इसमें केंद्र निदेशक और विषयवार परीक्षक भी शामिल होंगे।

Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has cancelled the Goa Board 12th examination scheduled for today. The Goa 12th examination today was cancelled following the passing away of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. The examination has been now rescheduled. Also, a holiday has been declared for all the schools and colleges in the state as well as government offices. 

 

The GBSHSE board has issued a notice asking all the students to be notified. A seven day period of State mourning has been declared in Goa following the passing away of Chief Minister  Manohar Parrikar. Parrikar was suffering from pancreatic ailment disease since February 2018. Following the news of his passing away, the state mourning was published. The holiday was also announced for all schools and institutions in the state tomorrow. The on-going Goa Board 12th exam 2019 scheduled for March 18, stands re-scheduled to March 27.

 

The Goa Board 12th examination 2019 - 12th class exam of Banking, computer science, logic and co-operation which was earlier programmed for March 18 would now be conducted on March 27, 2019.  The other exams of the schedule would continue as per the time table. A seven-day state mourning has also been declared.

All state government offices, colleges and schools will remain closed tomorrow. The Goa government in a statement said, "as a mark of respect for the departed soul of Manohar Parrikar all the state government offices, public sector undertakings, local autonomous bodies, all educational institutions shall remain closed on March 18."  

 

Manohar Parrikar was also former defence minister of India. He has been long suffering from the ailment and was treated at different hospitals in Goa, Mumbai as well as the US. After spending about a month in AIIMS, New Delhi, Mr. Manohar Parrikar was being treated at his residence in Panaji.

Central Board of Secondary Education conducted the 10th Class Sanskrit Board Exam 2019 today. The exam was for 80 marks. The exam ended at 1:30 and the first feedback of students are out now. “The paper was balanced and simple. The questions were direct and easy. I am happy with the paper,” said Amol. Another student shared the enthusiasm. “I was concerned about the passage but it was easy and I am sure of scoring well in the examination.”

 

Teachers who review the 10th class Sanskrit board exam question paper also called it easy. There was only one Set for the Sanskrit question paper as the number of candidates opting for the language is limited. The authorities said that it was an easy paper and would see a good result.

 

The question paper was from the syllabus and was simple. Students who have a basic knowledge of the language would be able to perform well in the exam, said an authority. Sanskrit is an optional subject, popular with the students after German and French.

बिहार बोर्ड इंटर की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन अब दो पालियों में होगा। इसको लेकर बिहार बोर्ड ने सभी जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी और सभी मूल्यांकन केंद्र निदेशक को पत्र भेज कर जानकारी दी है। बिहार बोर्ड को इंटर की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन कार्य 20 मार्च तक समाप्त करना है। 

 

बिहार बोर्ड ने दो पाली में मूल्यांकन करने का निर्देश सिर्फ मुख्य विषयों और भाषा विषयों के लिए दिया है। इसमें अंग्रेजी, हिन्दी, रसायन शास्त्र, भौतिकी, गणित आदि विषय वाले केंद्र मुख्य रूप से शामिल हैं। शिक्षा विभाग के मुख्य सचिव आरके महाजन ने बोर्ड को जल्द से जल्द मूल्यांकन कार्य समाप्त करने को कहा है। चूंकि चुनाव कार्य में शिक्षकों को लगाया जाना है। 

 

हर दिन परीक्षकों को 80 फीसदी तक उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन करना है। जो परीक्षक दोनों पालियो में मूल्यांकन करेंगे, उन्हें दोनों पालियों के लिए अलग-अलग भत्ता दिया जाएगा।

The Punjab School Education Board has revised the date sheet for the vocational and commerce group. The new revised dates are March 23 and March 26. The examination scheduled on March 02 also gets rescheduled on April 01, 2019. Apart from this, the rest of the examinations will be held on the earlier specified date. Students can download the latest PSEB 12th Date Sheet 2019 online on the FastResult website.

The PSEB made the notification regarding the revised date sheet on its official website. The examinations will be conducted in multiple shifts. For 10th class, the exams will start from 8 AM to 11 AM, 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. The 10th class practical exams will start from April 5 and end on April 13. For 12th class, the practical exams will start on April 5 and end on April 10.

For theoretical examinations, the students will be given an extra 25 minutes to read the question paper in addition to the 3 hours to write the exam. Students belonging to PWD category will get the additional 20 minutes. The examination will start from 2 PM to 5:15 PM for all other students.

जिस रफ्तार से यूपी बोर्ड की हाईस्कूल और इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा 2019 की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन हो रहा है, उससे ऐसे संकेत मिल रहे हैं कि होली तक उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का कार्य पूरा हो सकता है। यूपी बोर्ड मुख्यालय की मानें तो अधिकांश जिलों में सिर्फ सात दिन में ही पचास प्रतिशत कॉपियां जांची जा चुकी हैं, लेकिन कई जिले ऐसे भी हैं, जो अब तक ऑनलाइन मूल्यांकन और परीक्षकों की उपस्थिति की रिपोर्ट नहीं भेज रहे हैं।

यूपी बोर्ड की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन आठ मार्च से शुरू हुआ था। सूबे के 230 केंद्रों पर 3 करोड़ 20 लाख 8 हजार 270 उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन होना है। इसके लिए 1 लाख 24 हजार से अधिक परीक्षक लगाए गए हैं। यह कॉपियां पिछले वर्ष के हिसाब से करीब दो करोड़ कम हैं, क्योंकि इस बार से इंटरमीडिएट में 39 विषयों का एक पेपर हुआ है। बोर्ड मुख्यालय ने मूल्यांकन कार्य 15 दिन में पूरा करने का लक्ष्य तय किया है, तारीख के हिसाब से 22 मार्च को यह कार्य पूरा होना है। पहले दो दिन प्रदेश के 12 मंडल मुख्यालयों पर स्नातक शिक्षक 2016 की लिखित परीक्षा होने से वहां कार्य शुरू नहीं हो सका और मूल्यांकन के बीच ही होली का त्योहार होने से कार्य मार्च के अंतिम सप्ताह में पूरा होने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा था।

 

इस बीच सभी जिलों से मूल्यांकन की जिस तरह की सूचना मुख्यालय को मिल रही है, उससे प्रशासन के अफसर उत्साहित हैं, क्योंकि करीब 50 प्रतिशत उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को जांचा जा चुका है। अभी होली का अवकाश होने में एक सप्ताह का समय शेष है। ज्ञात हो कि मूल्यांकन रविवार को भी होता है। ऐसे में संकेत हैं कि कार्य होली तक पूरा हो सकता है। यूपी बोर्ड सचिव नीना श्रीवास्तव का कहना है कि कार्य चल रहा है मुख्यालय सभी जिलों से संपर्क में है। कहीं से परेशानी की सूचना नहीं है।

Students were happy after the exam. Most of the students called the paper predictable & easy. “The questions were from the expected topics and there were enough choices. It was the best paper that I have written so far!” said Shruti, a student from Noida. Her best friends were excited about the paper as well. “After physics & chemistry, this was so much better and easier,” shared another student at a different exam centre.

 

Teachers who glanced through the question paper called it simple and balanced. The difficulty level of different sets was also the same and the questions were simple. Teachers called out two questions as mildly tricky but nothing out of the ordinary or very difficult. “An average candidate should be able to score above 40 out of the 70 marks,” shared an official.

 

After today, the next paper for CBSE 12th Class students is for Maths on March 18, 2019. For most of the students, it would also mark the completion of their Board examination.

In a goof up during annual examinations of 8th class in government schools of Punjab, the students were provided wrong question papers in some centres on Thursday. While students had social studies examination, they were handed over Punjabi question papers. The happened in six exam centres in Ludhiana district and also in few centres in district Faridkot. Later when candidates raised a query, Punjabi question papers collected back and since there were no social studies question papers, questions were written on the chalkboard and in some centres, teachers got question papers on mail or through WhatsApp and got them printed.

Inderjit Singh, the director, State Council of Educational Research and Training that conducts the 5th and 8th class evaluation, said that goof up happened in some exam centres across the state after packets carrying papers were provided with the wrong label on envelopes and packets carrying Punjabi question papers were labelled as social studies.

 

He added that examination duty staff was not at fault and mistake was that of the vendor who packed the question papers and supplied to schools. “We will blacklist the vendor. The new paper will be set for Punjabi examination scheduled on March 19 as it was leaked out,” he said.

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination is likely to announce the results of 12 Class examinations in the second week of June. The HS result was earlier decided to declare in May, but due to the Lok Sabha elections, the HS results will be declared in the second week of June. The students who give the examinations can download the result from the FastResult website.“The board will try to publish the results of 12th Class examinations before June 15 keeping in mind the admission process in different varsities,” the official added.

This year, a total of 12 students were caught with mobile during the board exams, following which their whole examinations were cancelled. ‘Apart from some anomalies, the exams were conducted successfully all over the state. Incidents of mass cheating or paper leak were not reported from any centre,” said Mahua Das President of WBCHSE.

 

This year, around 8.05 lakh candidates had appeared in the HS examinations that were concluded on March 13, 2019. A total of 83.75% of students cleared the Higher Secondary examination successfully previous year that was declared on June 8, 2018. Granthan Sengupta from Jalpaiguri Zilla School topped the examination scoring 496 marks out of 500 (99.2%) to become the first student from the Arts stream to top the examination in five years.

MP Board has come up with a new change for 5th and 8th class students. From the academic year, 2019-20 board exams have been resumed in 5th and 8th class. On March 07, 2019 Madhya Pradesh board has announced the notification for the same. Thus, board exams will be back in the 5th and 8th class of MP Board. At the same time, the MP board made clear to all the state board affiliated schools that no student will be expelled from school till the completion of elementary education.

As per the notice declared if any student was not able to get the result status as pass then he/she will be provided extra classes and received the chance for re-examination within a period of two months from the date of result announcement. And if the student again gets fail in the re-exam then he/she shall not be promoted further. This means that a student will need to repeat with the same class.

 

While the idea of implementation of board examinations has been proposed from the 2017- 2018 academic session. However, the union government has not given permission to the state for conducting the board examinations for 5th and 8th class students. The reason behind the disapproval was that the amendment requires to be made in the RTE Act to carry forward the process. And so, after the amendment made the board examinations for 5th and 8th class resume. In August 2016, before forwarding the same to the union government for approval state education department had passed the proposal first.

 

MP Board conducts the 10th and 12th class board exams in the month of March annually. Similarly, the board is going to conduct the board examinations for 5th and 8th class students. Keeping in mind the future of thousands of students MP board has come up with this action and also provide the second chance to the students to clear the examinations if not in the first attempt.

The examination committee of the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha on Tuesday could not take a "final" decision about the fate of 108 students, whose Maths answer sheets went missing during the just concluded matriculation exam in Odisha. The examination committee also failed to take a call on another 500 students, whose English paper was cancelled after a large number of candidates of at least three schools in Cuttack, Dhenkanal and Balangir regions were found to have adopted unfair practices during the matric examination.

"Although the members of the examination committee discussed at length about some other aspects of the Matriculation exam, BSE secretary Ramshis Hazra said, they could not arrive at a final decision on the fate of the 108 candidates, whose answer sheets are still untraceable" The OMR sheets of about 108 students, who had written the matric examination from government-run Podia SSD High School, Malkangiri, were found missing after the invigilators had collected them on the completion of the exam on March 2.

 

Similarly, discussions on the fate of another 500 candidates also remained "inconclusive", Hazra said. The BSE board examination committee would meet shortly to take a call on the two cases.

Talking to the indianexpress.com, a Science teacher from Amity International School, New Delhi, Arpita Chauhan said, “The exam was simple. In such question papers, candidates are needed to right to the point answers. We can expect a strict marking for the examination considering easy difficulty levels.” She also informed, “While all sets had the same questions which were mostly jumbled to prevent cheating, there were two different questions in set 1 which were not there in any other set.”

 

Arti Jaiswal from Vidya Gyan School, Bulandshahr said, “The examination was based on the latest format as described by the CBSE. There were many internal choices and more application based questions were asked. If a student is through with their exam, they might find such questions to be simple but for some, thinking about these questions might have consumed a few extra minutes.”

 

Based on candidates reactions, it was found that all the questions were from NCERT and no anomalies could be traced. Candidates found physics to be comparatively difficult than the chemistry and biology examination.
